The PowerLogic PM8000 series meters are tiny, low-cost multifunction power meters that will assist you in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of your power-critical facilities.
The modular, versatile ION technology architecture allows for a straightforward, building block approach to personalizing each meter for any application. Featuring unique Disturbance Direction Detection, revenue-grade precision, several communication connections, onboard power quality analysis, a web interface, and a color graphical display. Third-party labs certify energy accuracy (IEC 62052-11, IEC 62052-22, IEC 62052-24) and power quality (IEC 62586-2, IEC 61000-4-30 Class S).
The PowerLogic PM8000 series ensures consistent data quality. Secure protocols (HTTPS, SFTP), security event recording, and the Syslog protocol are all examples of cybersecurity characteristics. Communication ports can be enabled or disabled, and there are 50 user accounts that can be configured. With 512 MB of memory, you may store 50 data logs, 50+ user-defined alarms, waveform captures, 1/2 cycle RMS recording, custom web pages, min/max logs, energy trends, and Time of Use.
The ability to timestamp events to +/-1 milliseconds using time synchronization methods such as PTP (IEEE1588), NTP, IRIG-B, GPS ASCII (RS485), and network time set function. There are three digital inputs and one digital output, with the potential to add up to four option modules. I/O option modules have two relays and six digital inputs, or two analog outputs and four analog inputs. The control power range is 90-415 VAC / 110-415 VDC. Operating temperatures range from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius; humidity levels range from 5% to 95%; and altitudes reach up to 3000 meters. Panel mount (1/4 DIN) with integrated display.
