The NACHI PVS Series is a line of variable displacement piston pumps independently developed by NACHI, renowned for its core advantages of energy conservation, low noise, and high reliability. This series of piston pumps is widely used in industrial fields that require high pressure and high precision. It is commonly installed in injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and powder metallurgy molding machines within the molding industry. It is also applied to CNC machine tools, metal processing forging equipment, mining equipment, loaders, elevators, and other special engineering machinery to provide stable hydraulic power support.
During installation, the pump shaft must be positioned horizontally, utilizing a flexible coupling to connect the pump shaft and the drive shaft. The eccentricity between the two shafts should be limited to 0.05 mm, with angle errors strictly controlled. Suction side pressure must be kept above -0.03 MPa, and the flow rate at the suction port should not exceed 2 m/s. The drain pipe should be partially raised above the top of the pump body to limit the drain back pressure to within 0.1 MPa.
