Wholesale Keysight B2981C Picoammeter/Femto Manufacturer, Suppliers

For ultra-low current measurements, the B2981C graphical Femto/Picoammeter provides a resolution of 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A). With trend charts, histograms, and numerical data for simple analysis, its 4.3" color LCD offers user-friendly data presentation.

Product Description

In addition to providing best-in-class measurement performance, the B2980C Series of Femto/Picoammeters and Electrometers/High Resistance Meters offers unheard-of capabilities to increase measurement confidence. The 0.01 fA (10⁻¹⁷ A) minimum current resolution provided by the Femto/Picoammeters and Electrometers satisfies almost all present and upcoming low-level current measuring requirements.
With its 1000 V voltage source capacity, the electrometers can measure resistances up to 10 PΩ (10¹⁶ Ω). The well-known high resistance meter accessories are also compatible with the electrometers. Battery-operated versions of the Femto/Picoammeter and Electrometer are available to remove AC power line noise. Low-level measurements that were previously unachievable are now possible thanks to this present capability's unparalleled level of noise reduction.
The B2980C series, in contrast to traditional picoammeters and electrometers, has a 4.3" color LCD-based graphical user interface (GUI) that offers a variety of data viewing choices. Apart from numerical representation, data can also be seen as a trend chart, histogram, or graph. With the help of these special front-panel features, it is easier to record fleeting behavior and perform rapid statistical analysis without a PC.
Additionally, the B2980C series includes capabilities that assist you in maintaining measurement integrity on external fixtures and cabling. You may detect and isolate the noise-sensitive locations in your measurement system by comparing the noise levels for various cabling and fixturing configurations using the included Setup Integrity Checker software. Together with these remarkable measurement capabilities, the B2980C series features convenient and user-friendly measurement help features that enable users with little to no electrical engineering background to easily complete complex electrical characterisation tasks.
