Product Description

Superior signal-to-noise performance and acquisition. The outstanding signal-to-noise ratio and superb signal integrity guarantee that your measurement results are reliable.
Four channels matched up to 33 GHz
Imperfections in frequency response are eliminated all the way to the probe tip using bandwidth improvement. Each channel features user-selectable filters that compensate for phase and magnitude to better depict very rapid signals. Furthermore, for applications that require the greatest measurement throughput, only this system enables the user to turn off the bandwidth improvement.
More signal features (transients, flaws, and quick edges) are captured when all channels have a high sample rate operating simultaneously. 50 GS/s on all analog channels and 100 GS/s on two channels. 12.5 GS/s across all logic channels.
High vertical precision and a low jitter noise level give your measurements more leeway.
High resolution and extended-duration waveform capture are made possible by long record length. Standard 62.5 MS per channel. Up to 500 MS on four channels and 1 GS on two channels are optional. For uncompromised analog and digital acquisition, the logic channels' record lengths match the analog record lengths. Managing lengthy recordings and comparing and analyzing various waveform segments are made easier with MultiView Zoom.
You can carry out accurate characterisation measurements thanks to its excellent signal-to-noise ratio and low internal noise floor. Finding the slightest irregularities influencing a DUT's performance during debugging is made possible by a low noise floor and maximal signal quality of the measurement device. A greater dynamic range for RF signals results from a lower noise floor, which expands the range of applications.
