Custom Endress+Hauser iTEMP TMT162 temperature transmitter Suppliers, Exporters

The Endress+Hauser iTEMP TMT162 is a high-performance temperature field transmitter equipped with two universal sensor inputs compatible with resistance thermometers (RTD/Ω), thermocouples (TC), and voltage transmitters (mV), supporting HART®, FOUNDATION Fieldbus™, or PROFIBUS® communication protocols.

Product Description

Overview
The iTEMP TMT162 is a high-performance temperature transmitter designed to deliver unsurpassed reliability, accuracy, and long-term stability in critical processes, featuring a universal input compatible with resistance thermometers (RTD/Ω), thermocouples (TC), and voltage transmitters (mV).
Boasting impressive precision, its accuracy for Pt100 sensors reaches ≤0.1 K (or ≤0.18 °F) when using HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF), or PROFIBUS PA communication. It supports multiple protocols: HART (for converting input signals to a scalable 4 to 20 mA analog output), FOUNDATION Fieldbus ITK 6.1.2, and PROFIBUS PA Profile 3.02, and can be operated via handheld terminals (Field Xpert SFX350/370, field communicator 475) or remotely via PC. Its design includes a field housing for direct connection in harsh process areas, with an optional stainless steel housing for hygienic or Ex d applications, plus a backlit display that visualizes signals with large measured values, bar graphs, and status indicators.

Key Benefits

High reliability in harsh environments (thanks to a dual-compartment housing and fully potted compact electronics), diagnostics information compliant with NAMUR NE107, a range of international approvals (FM, CSA for IS, NI, XP, DIP; ATEX for Ex ia, Ex nA nL, Ex d, dust ignition-proof; marine approval), SIL certification per IEC 61508:2010, and 2 kV galvanic isolation between sensor input and current output.
